If you are booking is within 6 weeks before your arrival then the full payment is required at the time of booking.	Security deposit We do not require a Security Deposit as it is an inconvenience to clients and ourselves collecting and refunding them, however clients are fully responsible for any breakages/damage caused to the property while in possession and will be billed accordingly. Tourist tax French tourist tax is paid per adult €2.50 per night, in addition to the price of the accommodation. Cancellation We recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover. If you cancel, we will try to re-let your period and if successful, we’ll refund your payment less any costs or loss incurred by us. Check-in and out Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am.
