FARMHOUSE-STYLE KITCHEN
This provides a large open plan area that means anyone in the kitchen is not cut off from the family room and main fire. There is a large country dining table that seats 12. All the tableware and cutlery are in a fine armoire which is easy to access.

There are two main dining areas, inside and outside, nearest the kitchen. The kitchen dining terrace is set up for easy to use outside dining and is through the kitchen French windows on the west side. It is covered in mature grapevine (lovingly tended by Patrick) to provide cover from the sun in the hottest months.
There are two, four candle, silver candelabras to dress the table – candles and white table clothes are in the armoire.
There is a large selection of different size vases for wild flowers from the meadow and gardens.

This is a very helpful room outside the kitchen French windows. It is equipped with:
- Two easy to use washing machines
- Tumble dryer (handy for swimming kit)
- Second wine fridge-freezer

- And most importantly a fast, commercial wine corkscrew
MILLER’S HOUSE MASTER BEDROOM – MADAME’S ROOM
Although on the ground floor this is a spacious master bedroom which is very convenient for the hosts, being in close proximity to the main sitting room, kitchen and terraces (whilst still being quiet). It has a 6ft double bed and windows overlooking the gardens on three sides. There is a large en-suite bathroom and a large powerful walk-in shower and a separate W.C.
INTERCONNECTING TERRACE
Linking the Miller’s House with the Tower and providing a second outdoor dining area with a table seating 12.
Patrick keeps the terrace full of colourful potted plants and flowers along its length. It’s the perfect place for evening dinner or early drinks with views down the valley one side and the riverbank and beach on the other.
To dress the terrace there are outside candle lanterns which give the terrace a magical quality at dusk.

This bedroom is slightly bigger and can be arranged with two, large single beds (3′ 6″), which can be joined together to make one large double bed. There is a large en-suite bathroom/dressing room with a deep bath. Both the bedroom and bathroom have wonderful exposed beams and are very brightly lit during the day with windows on three sides.

The main house garden bedroom has a large double bed and exposed beam work with views down onto the Garden and Tower. This is a very quiet, tranquil room more suited to couples.
The bathroom is not en-suite but is right next door and has a deep bath.

There is a comfy chair on the landing with a side table and light next to it. This is one Le Moulin’s many place to escape with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine to read or contemplate life.

TOWER SITTING ROOM
A huge raised fireplace is the focal point of this large sitting room. It is full of character, with creamy stone walls and exposed beamed ceiling running along its length and French windows opening onto the pool terrace.
There are cushions running along the edge of the fireplace to curl up right in front of the fire, along with two comfortable cream sofas and an armchair.
This room really provides a great chill out, film and games room, in a beautiful environment with the back drop of a wonderful fire. It creates exactly the relaxed atmosphere needed after bright, fun filled days outside.
There is a large and perfectly placed wide screen tv connected to a DVD player. It’s an easy to use system, just switch it on and put in the DVD.
The film selection is of vital importance and this one hits the mark. Brimming with classics, westerns, romance, children’s animation, thrillers etc.
There is also a good selection of board games and cards.
First Floor
TOWER FAMILY ROOM
This is a beautiful and well decorated family room designed with lots of creative thought and fantastic fabrics. It has wonderful views of the river and beach through French windows looking west, perfect for opening up on sunny mornings and letting the sounds and colours of the day in, whilst planning the excitements to come.
There are two (3’) beds which can be joined together to make a large double. The room also has a third 2′ 6″ bed (also full-length) which provides the 14th bed.
The room is very light and bright with windows on 3 sides. There is an en-suite shower room and a separate W.C. right next door on the same floor.
Second Floor
TOWER MASTER BEDROOM
This room is a vast space, taking in the rafters and tower attic. It is an exceptionally stunning room. The exposed rafter work is extremely beautiful and the massive 6 ft double bed suits the scale of the room. There are windows on 4 sides making it very light and bright.
Again lots of detail has gone into the design of this room, with a large bath sunken low at one end behind exposed vertical floor to ceiling beams. There is also a separate WC and basin opposite the bath.
The Miller’s Cottage
The Miller’s Cottage is down the drive on the opposite side of the valley to the Moulin. It sits on Le Moulin’s land which extends to the top of the valley ridge behind it. It is extremely peaceful with wonderful views back to the main houses and across the Célé valley.
It is totally self-sufficient with its own kitchen, dining and relaxing area. There is a small wood burner in the fire place for cosy evenings.
Upstairs there are two (3ft) beds that can be joined to make a large double bed. There is also an en-suite WC and shower. Windows in front of the bed look west across the valley.
There is a terrace running down the side of the cottage with outside tables and chairs. As the cottage is the last spot to get the evening sun on the property, the terrace is the perfect spot for the cottage guests to invite the main house up for sun downers.
MUSIC AND SPEAKERS
The right music is vital and we a large chargable speaker on wheels. This can be moved to the riverbank beach or around the grounds, croquet lawn, tennis court or cottage.
